What we collect, and what we do with it.

This page explains what DoubleKlick collects when you contact us or use this website, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, the brief you write, any website address you supply, and the budget or project stage you select. If you apply through the workforce discovery form on doubleklick.ai we receive the answers you give there about how your business runs.

What the site records on its own. Like any web server, ours records the request itself: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. We use that to keep the site working and to investigate abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate page views and does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

We do not ask for, and do not want, identity documents, financial account details, health information or any other sensitive information through this website. If you send it, we will delete it and ask you not to send it again.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to work out whether we are a fit for the work, to quote and deliver it if we proceed, to keep the site secure, and to meet our own record keeping and legal obligations. Nothing more.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not use your information to advertise to you on other platforms.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare delivers this website and provides the aggregate analytics described above, so requests pass through their network.

Our email and infrastructure providers carry the messages you send us and the systems that store them. Our application hosting is infrastructure we operate, located in Australia.

Nobody else, unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally compelled. We will tell you if that happens unless we are prohibited from doing so.

AI models. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not feed client data into models for our own purposes. Where a project involves a model, the boundaries are written into the engagement before any data moves.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to a live engagement are kept while it runs and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep them, then deleted or de-identified. Server logs are kept for a short window for security purposes and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which oversees the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. Last updated 25 October 2026.
