Salesforce Consulting
Salesforce that matches how your business actually works.
Implementation, configuration, integration and ongoing administration for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. We shape the platform around the way your team already sells and supports, instead of forcing your people into a template.

01 - Implementation
Implementation and configuration
We configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud around the process you already run: objects and fields, record types and page layouts, validation rules, roles and permission sets, then the reports and dashboards your managers actually ask for.
Configuration comes before custom code, and where code is genuinely needed it is written to be maintainable by whoever comes next.

02 - Migration
Migration, integration and data you can trust
Moving off spreadsheets or a legacy CRM is mostly a data problem. We map the fields, deduplicate, stage the load and reconcile record counts, so what is in the org on day one is what you expect.
Salesforce is rarely an island. We connect it to your website, commerce, accounting, marketing and support tooling through the API, so one customer stays one record.

03 - Automation
Automation, and AI where it earns its place
Flows, approvals and scheduled jobs take the repetitive administration off your team: records routed, quotes chased, reminders sent on time. Where it genuinely helps, we put AI assistants alongside Salesforce for drafting, summarising and first-pass triage. Judgement stays with your people.
- Flows and approvals
Routine routing and sign-off handled by the platform, not by chasing people. - Data hygiene
Duplicate rules, validation and periodic cleanup so reports stay believable. - Reporting
Dashboards built for the decisions your managers make, not vanity charts. - AI assistance
Drafting, summarising and triage alongside the record, with a human in the loop.
04 - Engagement
How an engagement runs
We look at the org you have, the process you want to run and where the time is going.
Objects, layouts, permissions, reports and the first automations, built around that process.
Data migrated, systems integrated, users trained on the thing they will actually use.
Ongoing administration, changes, health checks and documentation as the business moves.
FAQ
Straight answers
Can you work with the Salesforce org we already have?
Yes. Existing orgs are assessed first: what is configured, what is unused, what is fragile. Some engagements are cleanup and consolidation rather than a new implementation.
How do licences work?
Your Salesforce licences stay in your own account and your own name. We work on the platform you own and keep, and we are not a reseller.
How does an engagement start?
With a short assessment: your current setup, the process you want to run, and a scoped first phase. You get the plan, the sequence and the cost in writing before anything is built.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on scope, data volume and how many systems need connecting. The assessment sets a realistic sequence and you see progress against it.
Do you support the org after go live?
Yes. Ongoing administration, user support, release management, health checks and documentation, either as a continuing arrangement or as needed.
